How to make a perfect Harley Quinn Suicide Squad Cosplay?

Harley Quinn finds her origins in the Batman animated series. Before that, she wasn’t even a comic book character but her popularity was so high that DC had to add her to their anti-villain roster. She has her live-action debut in suicide squad and she was portrayed by Margot Robbie. She will again appear in the Birds of Prey movie and Robbie will reprise her role for that as well.

If you are a blonde then you will have to colour your hair with pink and blue neon chalk after tying it up into side ponytails with blue and red ribbons. But if you are not a blonde then you can just order a wig online.

The shirt:

In the Suicide Squad movie, Harley wears a white T-shirt which has the words “Daddy’s Lil Monster” splashed on it. You can either write those words on a normal white T-shirt or just buy a ready-made one off the internet.

The jacket:

The blue and red jacket is crucial to Harley’s look. In the movie, Margot Robbie wears a blue and red satin jacket which has the words ‘Property of The Joker” written on it. You should be able to get a normal red and blue satin jacket off the market, but if you can’t then either you can just buy the jacket from a cosplay store online or bring out your art skills. Just take a normal white jacket and then proceed to colour it up with red and blue. Be through with it and add a little red and blue glitter to the mix so that you can get that satin texture.

The shorts:

Just like the jacket is also blue and red, but the colour in those is more metallic than satin. So you will be better off just buying them off the internet. But if you don’t want to them there is always the option of making them at home. Just take a normal short and then colour it up with red on one side and blue on the other.

The belt:

This is easy to get as the belt is just a classic black leather one. You will just have to add the silver and gold pyramid studs to finish off the look. To make the belt look more authentic, try cutting off a piece of cardboard in a diamond shape and then spray it with gold paint before sticking it on the belt.

The boots and the bat:

The boots can be difficult to get in the market so it is better to just order it from an online superhero costumes store. The boots have the look of converse with laces but those heels make all the difference. Lastly, her baseball bat is an iconic weapon of hers. To make that, just get a normal clean baseball bat and then get a picture off the internet which will show you what is written there.
